Bullying is a form of harassment. Workplace bullying is defined as repeated, unreasonable behaviour directed towards an employee or group of employees, which creates a risk to health and safety or general well being. Bullying includes, but is not limited to:
Verbal abuse
Excluding or isolating employees
Humiliation
Spreading Misinformation
Constant criticism or insults
