Participate in a Forecast Review. The Forecast Review is an informal opportunity to sit down and discuss the progress you have made since the Interim Review.

HELPFUL HINT:

This is an opportunity for you to receive a forecast on your annual performance and rating. With this information, you will be able to close any remaining performance gaps prior to year-end. The Forecast Review should take place in July, three months before year-end.
