The Performance Development Plan enables employees to identify their personal and business goals and ensure that they are aligned with the overall goals and objectives of our Bank. All employees will create a Personal Development Plan to identify and outline how they will set about to leverage their strengths, improve their skills and expand their knowledge in the areas that will most impact their ability to achieve the identified performance goals.
