Think of something that makes you happy. Why? If you have a smile inside, it's easier to smile on the outside. But always remember – angry or upset customers don’t want to see a smiling face, they want to see empathy.
ACTION:
Smile at someone (colleagues, family members, customers) once every hour of the day for a week and then come back and talk about the results with your team. You may be surprised at how good it makes you and those around you feel!
