When should you extend a handshake?
- Meeting someone for the first time. Note: this would not apply to all roles within the Bank. For example, it would be impossible for a Customer Service Representative to extend a hand to someone when they are behind the counter.
- Meeting someone you haven't seen for a while.
- Saying goodbye to someone.
- Someone else extends a hand to you.
