Avoid the overuse of the High Priority option. Only use “High Importance” or the important “!” indicator when immediate action is required.
HELPFUL HINT:
If you abuse this “high priority” option, the urgent nature of your message will be diminished when you really need it. As well, even if your message has a high priority, it may come across as “slightly” aggressive if you flag it as “High Priority”.
